A small stone. An evening ritual. Permission to close the day, before your head even reaches the pillow.
You're on the list. We'll be in touch. ✦
The world teaches us how to start the day.
Dazy is teaching us how to finish it.
Most nights, the to-do list follows you into bed. Dazy is a small, beautiful stone paired with a gentle app ritual, built to help your nervous system understand that the day is actually, finally, done.
More ritual than routine
Dazy is a gypsum stone that sits wherever you like: bedside table, bathroom shelf, wherever you're likely to use it. Each evening begins with a simple tap on the app, a few drops of scent, and a short, guided moment to notice how you're really doing.
From there, you're guided gently through your own wind-down, at your own pace. No streaks. No perfect routine to maintain. Just a little more ease at the end of your day.
Less doing. More permission.
Close the day with intent
A real transition from work mode to rest mode, so evenings feel calmer, slower, and more present.
Quiet the mental noise
Somewhere to release the thoughts and half-finished lists that usually follow you into bed.
A ritual you look forward to
Beautiful enough to leave out, simple enough to actually stick. No guilt if you miss a night.
The ritual, unpacked
Tap
Your circuit breaker from work to rest. One small action that tells your brain the day is coming to a close.
Scent
A few drops of your wind-down oil become the sensory anchor your nervous system learns to recognise.
Check in
Not a mood tracker, just a moment to notice where your body is sitting tonight, without judgement.
Write it out
Somewhere to dump the thoughts keeping you up, with a gentle companion if you'd like the company.
Your routine
Stretch, breathe, brush your teeth. Whatever you already do, guided at your own pace.
Close the day
No streaks, no tracking. Just permission to switch off, because you've done enough.
Built by the girl who struggled to switch off at night
Hi, I'm Catherine, an occupational therapist obsessed with all things nervous system, sensory, and regulation. Running my own practice while trying to switch my own busy brain off at night felt impossible, so I built the thing I actually needed.
Dazy is evidence-informed, not trend-led. It's built from years of clinical practice and a genuine belief that you're allowed to do less, more mindfully.
